* 단서조항 : ** Cosmetic products containing that substance that do not comply with the restrictions may, provided that they comply with the restrictions applicable on 15 August 2023, be placed on the Union market until 31 July 2026 and made available on the Union market until 31 July 2028.
** 해당 물질을 함유하고 제한사항을 준수하지 않는 제품은, 2023년 8월 15일에 적용되는 제한을 준수하는 경우에는 2026년 7월 31일까지 시장에 출시할 수 있고, 2028년 7월 31일까지 시장에 판매할 수 있습니다.
* 【Restrictions】
Other : For purposes other than inhibiting the development of microorganisms in the product. This purpose has to be apparent from the presentation of the product. The presence of the substance shall be indicated in the list of ingredients referred to in Article 19(1), point (g), when its concentration exceeds: — 0,001 % in leave-on products — 0,01 % in rinse-off products

기타 : 제품에서 미생물 증식을 억제하는 것 외의 목적을 위해. 이 목적은 제품 표시에 분명히 드러나야 한다.
본 성분의 함량이 씻어내지 않는 제품에서 0,001%, 씻어내는 제품에서 0,01%를 초과할때는 제19조(1)(g)에 따라 성분 리스트에 본 성분을 명시해야 한다.
